Italia striker Alessandro Florenzi scored the winner in the Serie A final as Juventus edged Juventus 2-1 at the San Siro to secure a fourth consecutive league title.
Florenzei’s 25-yard strike put the hosts ahead in the 68th minute, but the Italy international was booked for a second booking for a late challenge on Giorgio Chiellini.
Juve responded with an own goal, before Sergio Ramos converted from the spot with a well-struck header in the 79th minute.
It was the final match in a week for the Juventus players ahead of the Champions League qualifier against CSKA Moscow.
“I can’t be happier.
It is always a good feeling when you score a goal.
We were all disappointed in the first half but we came back and got a win,” said Florenzi.
“The players are happy.
I’m very happy with our performance.
We played well, we defended well, the team defended well.
It’s always a pleasure to play here.
I’ve been here a long time, I’m here for three years.
I want to prove my worth, to show what I can do here.”
The Bianconeri are on their way to an unprecedented fifth straight Serie A title.
The last two have come in the last two seasons.
Juventas win the first leg of their semi-final at home to Cagliari on Saturday.
It will be a crucial match for Juventus to reach the final against CSK Moscow.
